Acceptance and Scope
By using Hitavu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service provides AI-generated spiritual and reflective companionship through voice and text interfaces.
Important Limitations
Hitavu does not provide professional mental health counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
It is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services or a crisis helpline.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
Users must be at least 13 years old.
You are responsible for account security and for using the service lawfully.
You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, or use the service to harm others or bypass safety systems.
Subscriptions and Ownership
Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and store terms govern billing, cancellation, and refunds.
Hitavu owns the service design, code, branding, and persona system. Users retain ownership of content they provide, while granting a limited license necessary for service delivery.
Liability and Governing Law
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
The draft terms state that governing law is India, with disputes resolved in Hyderabad, Telangana.
